    The “Just Us, In This Moment” Elopement is designed for couples who want something simple, meaningful, and beautifully unplanned — a place to say your vows surrounded by open land and quiet trees, without the pressure of a traditional venue.

    Set in a peaceful open pasture, and natural tree-lined backdrop, this ceremony space feels private and expansive all at once. It’s easily accessible just off the road, yet once you step into the gazebo, it feels like the world has slowed down just for you.

    No crowds. No performance. Just the two of you, standing beneath the sky, beginning forever.

    It’s more planned than spontaneous, yet still wonderfully simple — a ceremony that feels grounded, private, and meaningful without the scale of a traditional wedding.

    This is an elopement designed to be felt, not rushed.

The Untamed MT Gazebo FAQ

  • The Untamed MT Gazebo is nestled in a private, tree-lined setting just off the road in Avon, Montana. While easily accessible, the ceremony space feels peaceful, tucked into nature, and beautifully secluded.

  • Our gazebo is designed for intimate gatherings. Guest counts vary by package, but most accommodate up to 14 total attendees. This keeps the experience relaxed, meaningful, and true to the setting.

  • Montana weather can be beautifully unpredictable. Light rain often passes quickly and can make for incredibly romantic photos. Couples may bring clear umbrellas or cozy wraps if desired.

    In cases of severe weather, we will work with you to adjust timing if possible. Because this is an outdoor nature venue, couples should come prepared for changing conditions.

  • Yes. A clean, private portable restroom is available on-site for guest comfort. It is intentionally placed and maintained so convenience doesn’t take away from the natural beauty of the setting.

  • The ceremony area is on natural ground with a short walk from parking. While generally manageable, it is not paved and may be uneven in places. We recommend flat or block-heeled footwear and advance notice if special accommodations are needed.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own photographer and personal vendors. We simply ask that all vendors respect the land, follow timing guidelines, and leave the area as they found it.

  • Light, simple décor is welcome — especially florals and natural elements that complement the surroundings.
    We do not allow:

    • Confetti, glitter, or artificial petals

    • Nails, staples, or anything that damages the structure or trees

    • Open flames unless approved in advance

    We aim to preserve the natural beauty for every couple who marries here.

  • Yes — small speakers for ceremony music are welcome. Because of the peaceful setting, we ask that music remains at a respectful volume. Large sound systems or DJs are not permitted.

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome to be part of your ceremony, as long as they are leashed and cleaned up after. Montana weddings + dogs = perfection 🐾🤍

  • Elopement packages may include a short celebratory window for toasts, cake, and photos. This is not a full reception venue.

  • The site is intentionally kept natural and does not have electrical hookups. The gazebo is equipped with a solar chandelier. Battery-powered candles, small speakers, and natural light work beautifully here.
